API Responses rozszerza Chat Completions o stanowe konwersacje, wbudowane narzędzia, multimodalne wejścia plikowe oraz kontrolę rozumowania. Jest to zalecany endpoint dla modeli rozumujących OpenAI z serii o, serii GPT-5 oraz modeli Codex.
